Further to your e-mail, Tox Free holds a number of patents relating to the thermal desorption process specifically including high temperature filtration. The patents have been granted based on work undertaken internally by Tox Free and include protection in Australia, the European Community, France, Indonesia, Japan, New Zealand, Republic of Korea, Singapore, Spain, Taiwan, United Kingdom and the United States. The knowledge that has resulted in these patents being granted resides within Tox Free and the company continually looks at methods and opportunities to exploit the IP, both domestically and internationally. As the company has grown over recent times, the ability to exploit the proprietary equipment and processes has also grown and a number of opportunities are currently being explored.
