Well All I can say is thank god the unions are here and long may they protect the workers from corporations that would sack workers because they don't take a pay cut to prop up the boards profit bonuses.
Unions will always be here in Australia and will always be the only organisation standing between corporate thugs and the workers entitlements. If Abbott and Hockey had their way mate the workers would be forced to take whatever corporations wanted to pay them. Why do you think the Gina Reinhardts want to bring in foreign workers?? I guess you will probably mouth the corporate mantra of not having enough workers.
Why aren't corporations providing all these workers in third world countries a proper working and living wage????
