pecs, I have asked this question before and NOONE has answered, to understand the above mentioned preso,
when was or is the exact moment of the mou execution, ie the first ann of it or at the egm positive vote or 21 days after that? if none can answer this then this current thread direction is not relevant, the way I see it, it is from the date of the egm but that's just my opinion and may not be correct.
