I think that this is an expected Summer influx of zinc stocks as many factories, especially in the European Union close production down for a few weeks. They are not necessarily buying as much zinc as they would when in full production.

Also, we shouldn't forget that other zinc mines within the Arctic Circle would also have been shipping their zinc from the mine in the summer window.

I don't foresee that this has anything or at least any significant connection with "hidden stocks". However, it does fit the scaremongerers concept. I expect normality to return and the continuation of deficit indicators through September.
