Plenty of room, not much pollution, low crime rate, stable laws and government, fairly relaxed population, huge natural resources, the list goes on and on.
Whether this tsunami of chinese money is going to be a good thing or not is debatable. I don't think it will benefit anyone in Australia in the long run.
