I think you could easily use USD 25 per barrel in the ground as it such a light value product.
Obviously you have to say the Phoneix 1 and 2 drillers also missed the oil, assumed it was gas and condensate.
Straight value assuming 300 million barrels is USD 1.5 billion, discount that half = USD 750 million, ie three time current share price!!
Might take a few days to get there.
