re: get real please-to pogs Pogs, if you want a dose of reality, compare sp's before and after Horley. PBI was constantly selling for well over 30 cents and now we struggle to keep over 20 cents.
If I recall correctly, we issued lots of shares for 31 cents each to raise money for the MedicVision purchase and at the time it seemed a good way of bringing revenue to finance their experimental work. But we've never found out how much profit these simulators bring to PBI - aren't they being sold under license on behalf of US interests and does anyone tell us shareholders how much PBI makes from this arrangement?
Hence the interest in a locally developed product. All we've been told is that they have sold just one. That was enough to give Horley a million bucks worth of shares. Now if they haven't sold any more since then, I humbly suggest we've been conned. Our shareholdings have been further diluted and shareholder funds wasted. If they have sold more, then why haven't we been told? Shareholders cannot make informed decisions about the new local technology under the current code of silence.
My concern is that someone in the know might think we've been conned and is therefore unloading shares. If they are not able to find a market for the product ,then the Board's million bucks sweetener to Horley must rank as a completely irresponsible decision.
And why did they ask shareholders to grant Clegg a nice swag of options? What has Clegg done for the company so far? This well-connected Brit hasn't exactly set the AIM market alight. I've spent more on PBI shares than the entire AIM market!
That's why local shareholders should be getting angry and asking questions. Companies kike PBI go all over the world looking for capital while forgetting to involve those of us who might want to support a local enterprise.
Sorry Pogs, what shareholders have done for Mr. Horley's bank balance is the direct opposite of what his involvement with PBI has done for shareholders' wealth.
My original post was,in reality, a wish that the company would show some concern about that situation!
