Ann: Response to ASX price query, page-17

if the ASX feel that an explanation is in order for sudden share price movement and the Company cannot explain such massive sudden movements ..... what does the ASX do then?

1 Should they not then seek an explanation from the buyers of those shares?
2 It appears that the ASX gives lip service ..... is there a breach?
3 are shareholders being swindled?

it looks to me that if a company says they don't know ... that is the end

If ASIC and ASX are not the watchdogs on behalf of investors .... just what the hell are they?
