A direct sale of the Dart stake to Ineos would have brought straight cash in the pocket, and not necessitate any offer of Igas to be accepted. This is a really strange move, in the light of this transaction. What would Ineos have paid for the stake? 10 million? 20 million? more? Interesting to know. Also, it is still possible to sell the stake to Ineos.
