Effectively 25,112,076 shares are on the Buy side of the rack at $3.66 ! the board have made it clear they are content to pay that price at the least so that is an absolute floor under the share price until they are bought. Of course they will buy anything offered for sale under that price in a heartbeat. They will in all likelihood buy at higher prices, but how many remains to be seen - if SP doubles, for example, they may not buy any. market might take a while to get it's head around this, but frankly I'm surprised SP hasn't leapt above $4 on this, but I would be very confident it will shortly be there and heading for much much higher. I think this sets KAR on its way, great news!
