No, it was a seller bot.

I was watching between 11.06am - 11.18am and it went something like this.

The buy line was sitting at 0.395 and the sell line at 0.405. Then a sell order would appear for 596 @ 0.40, it would sit there for 1 minute and then drop down and be swiped by the 0.395 buy order. One minute later another sell order would appear for 596 @ 0.40, and a minute after that would drop and go through again @ 0.395, then again and again and again until 11.20am. At 11.22am a real trade went through and the 0.395 buy line was wiped, the sell line came down to 0.395, the buy line to 0.390, and then every 2 minutes a trade for 596 was going through for 0.3925 until 11.32am. I was going to post something but was finding it hard to put into words as you can see.

Hope this makes sense. From what I can tell, it was trying to keep the price down, but I am not an expert in these things.
