"When the cat is away, the mice will play"...the 10.5 to 11 centers in the market are just mice picking up the morsels that fall off the table. The big cats haven't even batted an eyelid. Be patient like the big guys (the cats) When the time is right, they'll pounce and the waiting game will be "all over red rover" and "let the games begin!" Positioning, takeover offers, counter-takeover offers...local at first...Beach, Santos, Drillsearch, Senex...then international...those... China, US... that want to get a toehold in the mighty Cooper Basin. Relax guys...take a trip to Tahiti...enjoy the sunshine...cause when this little volcano erupts...you'll be able to see it all the way over there from your little rented hacienda which you will then be able to afford to buy. No research needed...just relax and enjoy it.
