No, it can't be false advertising if it is the truth.
Nor can it be slander if it is the truth.
Nor have I claimed anywhere that people should refuse proper medical advice, whatever that is. You are the libellous one here.
But why the vitriol? You are objecting to people who, for the most part, have already been down the "proper medical advice" route which has failed them, and now wish to try an alternative. Why are you so determined that they should not have that choice? Why are you so adamant that they have no right to be cured if the "proper medical advice" doesn't work?
The results of the survey that you give seem pretty good to me - seeing that they were not done using homeopathy. But then, as you have no idea how it works, you couldn't understand that.
As for modern medicine's scientific method, it is based upon removing symptoms, rather than the disease. That is why it consistently fails to cure. Have a tumour? Cut it out, or radiate. CVD? Stents. ED? Viagra (a classic case of "Hey, look what this angina drug does! Actually, it's not very good for angina, but we can make a mint out of its unforeseen effect!"). Eczema, steroid creams. Fever, aspirin. et.c etc. None of which have any effect on the underlying disease. Whereas homeopathy works by removing, or alleviating the disease, rather than the symptoms, and then the symptoms disappear or are alleviated. The approaches are totally different, which is one reason why doctors have difficulty understanding the principle. It is the complete opposite to everything that they have been taught. They are not even taught the concept of what disease is - merely how to recognise and deal with individual symptoms. Which is why that survey you mentioned is irrelevant.
