I beleive that down ramping is anything that can negatively affect a share price which is not based on fact or at least reasonable speculation.

You know very well that a positive oil announcement would push the share price back up and other factors could push it down.

However, that is all complete speculation at the moment.

I don't really appreciate some of the relentless up-ramping that goes on either if truth be told.

As said before - is all rosy? - not from what we can currently see.

Do they have oil - there is absolutely every possibility and maybe even quite a lot of it.
