You see, you just can't see beyond the symptoms to the disease. It doesn't matter how you treat the "cancer", it doesn't matter if you manage to remove every single cancerous cell, the disease is still there, and in many cases will recur. If it recurs and she is lucky, she will have another breast tumour. If she is unlucky, it will be bone cancer, and she will go through even worse treatment to remove every single cell. If she is really unlucky, it will go straight to the liver, at which point it is probably curtains.
Your assumption that just because modern medicine cannot unscramble a cancerous egg, then nothing can, is typical. The astonishment of the surgeon when the tumour has completely disappeared is, however, music to the homeopath's ears. Funnily enough, those cases never seem to make it into the ANZ Journal of Surgery .....
