Believe me, it is scary when you start! It's also scary when a patient rings you and says "I'm coughing up lots of bright red blood". I told her to go and see a doctor immediately, as it would be at least four days before a remedy would reach her. She said that she had just come from her GP who said it was nothing to worry about. Now, that was scary. Rather than give her my opinion of her GP, I told her to find another one. She refused and said she'd wait for the remedy. All ended well, however.
But the more you do, the more confident in the process you become. Follow the rules carefully, as stevo recommends (yeah, I know you didn't mean it that way stevo!) and the results are good.
