    re: not good?... If the NSW want any new infrastructure projects funded by the private sector they would do well to leave these co's alone ... no one would touch a new Sydney toll road with the proverbial if the Govt started on a path of "iron fisted regulation" of existing assets. If your nervous get out, life's too short, me I'm in for the long haul as I don't beleive the powers in charge would be THAT dumb and just lovin' the divvies these co's pay out.
