Definitely looks like they're actively trying to stop the SP from falling lower with their small parcels at 4.6 and 4.7. This may be a good thing for now, as without it, the SP would be steadily falling (based on recent trends). But it's scary not knowing what they will do - I'd hate to see a mass dump in the event of a successful announcement.
