Link of registration in UK didn't work for me

My wild guess is it was done to start the formal EMA process  .  There could be 100 reasons but a guess is a guess and today is a optimistic day.

The address given is of a firm of lawyers and advisers   Norton Rose Fulbright with a specialised healthcare and lifesciences group.  Anyone recognise any of the names??   They may just be registering the name or giving full specialist advise from patents, IP , distributiion or corporate actions and partnering?  No idea if this is fonda or hyact related.
