Onyx Announcement???, page-23

Peace, I am sure the PAB Management and its HC underling posters are VERY WELL AWARE of these LEGITIMATE, JUSTIFIED and LOGICAL questions..... The Reason WHY they Don't answer lies elsewhere.....
It's UNHEARD OF, For a Trial Arrangement between Two Publicly Listed Companies, which (Supposedly) have reached an AGREEMENT , refusing to announce , (BOTH Companies) OFFICIALLY, Not Just the Agreement, BUT All the Details Surrounding the Signed Trial Agreement.....
Here we have a situation, Where Millions of $$$ Were Raised on the Pretext of Such an AGREEMENT and We Have only seen a very Laconically written Announcement by the party that raised the millions of $$ (PAB), While the other Company, (Amgen/Onyx) has Mentioned NOTHING AT ALL.
This is something that, to put it mildly, Raises Many A Question in the Minds of the Long suffering Shareholders of PAB, Who are Seen their Shares Value Completely destroyed by its Management Unorthodox (again mildly put) handling of the whole Issue, FOR NINE WHOLE MONTHS NOW!!!
Companies, BY LAW, Are Communicating with their shareholders through ASX Announcements... AND NOT Through Personal Contact via Phone calls......Unless , of course you are Privileged to obtain YOUR PAB Information in such rather(hm?) shall we say.... Very questionable ways....
