Why shoiuld they waste their effort to control 100% of the company??? They already controlled the LMR & the cash ! IMHO. Moreover the recent share purchased by them was not purchased with cash but with Bushveld shares which has limited cash.
Directors fees alone for just 2 Directors is $128 k per qtr in June Qtr & in Sept Qtr Admin is $400k & development only $100k. There are 2 more Directors in Australia. Will the other 2 Directors question Mr.Anthony & Mr. Fortune? I don't think so because they are appointed by them . IMHO
