As to placements at a premium, sure it occassionally happens but despite your protestations I would suggest your investments are not strictly limited to entities that only ever do a placement at a premium, eg BMO !LOL

Do I get offers to participate in placements, sure do-but I deal through brokers not online services. I pay a premium and get the rewards? Could I have participated in the IGR issue, yes, have I, no-for the reasons historically provided. Nothing wrong with company, just want to see it kick one of the goals resource wise or plant wise.
