    You epitomise a cynic in AKK's fundamentals cmon , to me that is a good thing as it means questioning each of the assertions and KPIs enunciated by AKK .
    I feel that the Improved EURs plus lower well development costs plus the possibility of down spacing tend to improve the correlation of production growth with that of the equity value of this particular company.
    Those 3 factors are missing from your above quoted source.
