This seems to be impossible for many to understand, Gneissic.
It doesn't matter if they agree with the law or not, the reality is that the government has a duty of care with people in detention. If the claims of these people are true, then the duty of care has been breached.
This is not hard a hard issue to understand, but for some unknown reason a few on here cannot grasp this reality...or they don't want to.
