As I said earlier, we do have a duty of care to people we incarcerate for any reason. But that's it. OUR DUTY OF CARE IS TO FEED, WATER, AND PROVIDE SHELTER. It does not run to providing free care that we do not provide to our own needy, homeless, and ill.
