I imagine Sydney will go the same way within 10 years. Do you wonder why alot of American States and Cities are running huge deficits? I would say it is because the rich are getting richer and most other people poorer and as we all know alot of rich people don't see fit to pay tax the result is reduced government services. We are seeing this in Australia with the Government continually cutting back on services.
