Looks like they are serious about 2 SXEW plants, and they want them now!
So much for the whole staged growth through earnings strategy, someone got impatient.
It's positive the issue amount is so high considering they are adding 60% to the issued shares and that it's underwritten.
Still think they could have done better however.
