The facts are that those receiving shares below the prices paid by others are advanated over others and if you think that you are doing your fellow posters a favour then think again as you are not.
If the company wished to carry out a share issue favouable to all shareholders it would either issue the shares above the then current market price of make the issue to all shareholders.That is the real facts .
If you need advantages from the company to make money cdchi then I suggest that you look up to those investors who do not.Some of us do very well buying shares such as PVE for example.We do not need shares at a discount. B2
