yes - it should be understood that negotiating an agreement of this magnitude will involve not only the two players but legal eagles as well. There is no generic agreement that you can take off the shelf and use. Therefore both parties will move at a pace commensurate with the value of the agreement. This is big and they need to get it right...hold your lines..!
