Kalenn, agree with the conflict of interest train of thought.
Anyway, for some process background, albeit I am comparing to another jurisdiction, the signing off would be done monthly in conjunction with a range of ministers/ other internal parties. In fact this saves time. One must remember that there are likely a dozen+ members of differing background who would need to determine whether the final signage is appropriate/ deemed applicable. To some degree an open discussion. We must remember until we have this signage theoretically AVB (shareholders) have no stance to contnue mining operations.
This will be the biggest re-rate of AVB as a company thus far, essentially completely de-risked in my honest opinion.
Also the signing would occur as at the last week of any given month, thus in my opinion the recent sell-off.
I am behind closed doors quietly confident of complete signage before the end of Sept. - take that as you will, as Poet says ... who cares! (not in those words of course) ... YET you all get my drift !!

p.s. I note SFR put out a maiden divi today ... Eureka (lol)
