Ahhhh .. the old "$3.00 call". Haven't heard that one for a while!! Might be a bit ambitious .. not because HDR doesn't deserve it but sovereign risk in Uganda is at leats as serious as Mauritanaia and the dispute there is putting a damper on things.
I will call $2.10 by next week provided POO stays up, first oil is announced and Uganda looks promising. If the market gets excited about Uganda we might get back towards previous highs at best.
Nevertheless I reckon this is a mjaor turning point for HDR so I'm taking a nibble at the CFDs again.
