There was a program on TV a couple of years ago where a real estate agent In Tasmania were going to China to promote the sale of tasmanian farming property, because there were complaining about no sales and the farmer getting not getting a fair price. The whole program was about justifying the situation.

So the professional property sales people are the ones who promote foreign ownership. They have the sales skills and training to sell our property to overseas buyers. Certainly there must be more than the one from that tv program, who goes to China to sell Australian real estate.
