Thanks Chuck. I have/had two friends die who were sufferers and know two more who are getting worse.

I offer one BIT of advice to any sufferer.

DO NOT DRINK ALCOHOL. I have one drink at Xmas with family and one if/when my team wins a final.
Oh, and buy yourself a big thirsty juicer.... A litre of carrot, apple ginger and celery everyday keeps me going.

Both of my deceased mates were alcoholic and died in their forties.
