re: ** bring it on !!!!....50c , is that all ?!! I doubt very much that KCN would be able to make a scrip offer valuing ADN at 50c without the KCN share price being hammered at the prospect of a substantial dilution in KCN for what is basically still just a medium term exploration play.

Result:

1. The market would make the value of the offer below 50c.

2. Once the bid failed then the KCN share price would recover.
