Poor old NC. You would think he could at least get it right in terms of what FOSL stands for. Nick it stands for Full Operating State Licence (FOSL), not Full Operating Stage Licence (FOSL).
I don't believe the number of times that Lynas has made a mess of an announcement. Where is the quality control?
Let's hope they get the refinancing deal right.
