NDO's SC58 Balyena targets are around 10 to 30 further off shore than Malampaya and the big one, Balyena, is at the far end of that range, ie about 80km off shore. OEL's prospects appear to be around 40 to 50km off shore so unless China's dashed line suddenly dips in to shore they should be ok (on the basis that Malampaya seems to have been ok).
