There are huge outcries ravi, especially from the predominantly Muslim countries that are fighting ISIS. As I keep posting, ISIS have been trying to provoke a Shiite/Sunni war but Iran has not taken the bait. ISIS retains a level of popular support in Salafi oriented Sunni populations in the Gulf, Gaza, North Africa, Afghanistan and (importantly) Pakistan.
You may also note that scores of Sunni (including Salafi) theologians have been executed by ISIS for daring to suggest that their their ways are un-Islamic.
ISIS will continue loose tactically in Iraq (thus more beheadings) BUT that does not mean this is over.
