where will it bottom - any ideas?

HDR is now at its lowest since November 2001. Its not alone of course - the market is at a 4 year low.

When does HDR become a buy? Anyone have a strong buy point? All time low post Chinguetti then Courbine duster was 38 cents. Will it test this again? Rather than trying to pick the bottom (thus no doubt getting smelly fingers) what do you think about buying now but keeping some cash free to buy if it falls lower?
