$380M to build the lot in SdV. Only hope for that would be a JV - say KORES comes back to play ball. The only thing the board has announced since April is the culling of small holders. Vacuums are dangerous things. I'm still here because I believe the sum of the parts are greater than the whole. I think this board would love an offer and to get out. I know I would!!
