    Hi Temple7,

I am an engineer and have been associated with the construction and commissioning of many mining and chemicals plants, for which the process is well known. Despite that, even commissioning such plants is not plain sailing.

I am also familiar with a plant on our site where the technology is very tightly protected. That plant took many years to achieve nameplate capacity because progress was achieved through trial and error. No one to consult.

I have no more information than other shareholders but I do understand what is happening with JDC due to their process being a totally new route. They will fix one problem at a time and then move on to the next. the next issue does not always reveal itself till you've solved the one preventing you moving forward.

However, I do agree that MAK management could update shareholders a little more often. Keep in mind though that JDC's priorities may not correspond with those of MAK. JDC may no be willing to disclose too much about their technology, until its proven reliable on an industrial scale and is ready to be marketed. Like any vendor, they will make their money from licensing this technology and technical support.

I appreciate this may not make you feel much better about MAK. I've held for a few years, and now at a loss, but it's money I do not need at present. If it happens, this will be a great story. And I have belief that the process will be a success, just depends how MAK handle it from there onwards to production.
