Now roh, does it means that he has already being through all the other Courts and achieved nothing.?
I can stand correcting here but IMO you only go to the High Court after you have been through al the lower ones. I.e. the District, the Supreme, the Federal and then IMO the High Court.
Even MEL, which is suing the NSW State Government, is currently going through the Supreme Court.
