AVB forecast a construction start date as Q2/Q3 and now we are a little bit more than 3 weeks from the end of Q3.
It doesn't matter which part of the world you work in, excavators all dig at the same rate, graders grade at the same rate, concrete sets at the same rate and Australian workers work as hard as any other workers in the world (they may get paid more, that's all).

Modular units manufactured in cheap labour countries is a recent construction option to save money.
I don't envisage any pre-assembly. To this point in time we have not been advised as such.

Modular units (of up to 300 tonnes or more) do come with an increased transport cost. I can't see any saving in construction time to use modular units on a project the size of ours nor do I expect individual components of the plant to be of a size that would necessitate modulation. Besides, the local labour is cheap anyway.

The insinuation is that one, I know less than Gazcisco and two, that I am so one eyed that I don't read any opinion to the contrary.

From what I understand from what Gazcisco was saying was that the component parts of a factory are modular. All I can say is that a component part is not modular. A pump is a pump, a ball mill is a ball mill, a floatation unit is a floatation unit. All delivered to site as components that are joined together on site.
