I don't think this T/O could have come at a worse time. I wouldn't say that it was a bad decision acquiring an even larger pile of worthless dirt, but I would have liked to see some diversification into different resources.

Ditch this takeover or significantly reduce the offer price. If not, change the name to BC Worthless Dirt Limited.
