What's the big fuss about JH winning the court case? I am more concerned about Santos not proceeding with Mereenie North than this non event! If anything, the booting of JH could prove a blessing in disguise for him. For had he continued as MD he could have drilled another hole at Surprise West and turned up nothing or another puddle that could not pay for its own capex, and maybe no JV as he wanted tooooo much for the vast waste land that he have acquired over the years. The end result could have been an sp at 1c pre consolidation and the wrath of all the shareholders would be squarely upon him!
