Hi Heeman. I think there's some confusion here but I'm not sure if its on my part or yours. The top 5 holder of KNL is Strategic Resource Management(SRM) who vended the graphite assets into KNL. Strategic Energy Resource(SER) vended graphite assets into VXL and is a different entity. Likewise 3D Graphtech Industries is KNL's JV graphene research company whereas Graphitech Pty Ltd is SER's equivalent. All confusingly similar! I can't see any association between KNL and wabbit's link to strategic energy. However I haven't seen the Sunday financial review so I stand to be corrected.
Regarding the EGT 10c shares. That was an option but I believe that the EGT didn't take it up. My belief is that they wanted to ensure their anonymity which would be difficult as a substantial holder and also that company investment is not part of their core business.
