Possible that underwriters could be talking - pushing up market to ensure all underwritten shares are snapped up.
But then I believe they were snapped up spontaneously.
It is likely underwriters called on Bill T and he increased the issue to satiate demand and increase his cash reserves even further.

Could be because Anvil is becoming recognised as a worthwhile investment with likely strong growth.

The last sits comfortably with me.

But then I am biased.
