What would you do if you were running a large insto with a track record for screwing markets and had bought a 9.5% stake and deep pockets? Simply stop there (or go to 9.99%) and then sell for peanuts? IMO at least one of the two instos is going to play hard ball, I certainly would and you need a 10% plus stake to do it!
