there are no other bidders for NDO ..
so if BPC go quiet with 33% of COY by extending the offer .. then BPC become a Blocking Stake for any other TO offer ..
BPC can Block other bidders ..
BPC can still direct NDO directors ( A-kissers) to play ball their way with the NDO cash and its tenements.
BPC is only 18% away from control of NDO ..
they wont walk away from the offer..but they can sit and block, direct , influence, scare-off any other potential suitors .
5.5c is like MUD now ..
