Why would they bother replying to your email when you are not even a shareholder ? Anyway, selective disclosure would put them in conflict with ASIC would it not ?
And don't confuse the poor decisions making done by the SA gov with RXM management, as a shareholder who has waited 4 months I am happy to wait a few more weeks or months and have RXM get things right for investors and company in the long run rather then rush decisions which it may later regret for the sake of quick profits for a few short term traders.
