If they deem that this info could effect the market and that not all of the market is aware of it then they have no choice but to issue an announcement prior to open or a TH until one is done IMO. Even though technically it cannot be sealed until the objection period is completed. I am sure given the track record of some the objection period will be grabbed like a straw

Remember building a copper mine is a process, this is a major all the same, but be prepared for the funding process to work it's way through and then onto the next etc. Now I am off to make sure the LARF committee are all up watching
